By purchasing any of our services or subscription plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery Policy.


Nature of Service Delivery

EmailMarketingRocket.com provides digital and virtual email marketing services.
There is no physical delivery of products.

All services are delivered electronically through:

  • Email communication
  • Live chat
  • Approved email marketing platforms
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Campaign execution on agreed platforms

Service Activation Timeline

Service delivery begins after all of the following are completed:

  1. Successful payment confirmation
  2. Client onboarding form submission
  3. Access to required tools or platforms (if applicable)
  4. Approval of strategy, content, or campaign setup

Standard Activation Time:

  • Within 24 to 72 business hours after onboarding completion

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or access from the client side are not the responsibility of EmailMarketingRocket.com.


Monthly Service Delivery Structure

Services are delivered according to the selected plan:

Basic Plan

  • Up to 3 email campaigns per month
  • Monthly analytics & reporting
  • One welcome email automation
  • Monthly strategy consultation

Professional Plan

  • Up to 8 email campaigns per month
  • Weekly analytics & performance reports
  • Up to 3 automated email sequences
  • A/B testing and re-engagement campaign

Premium Plan

  • Up to 15 email campaigns per month
  • Real-time analytics access
  • Fully customized email designs
  • Landing page creation (up to 2 per month)
  • Advanced segmentation & targeting strategy

Unused services do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in writing.


Revisions & Turnaround Time

  • Unlimited revisions are included in all plans
  • Typical revision turnaround time: 1–3 business days
  • Complex revisions may require additional time depending on scope

Revisions must fall within the scope of the active plan.


Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure smooth and timely service delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate onboarding information
  • Share necessary access credentials on time
  • Approve campaigns, designs, and content promptly
  • Ensure email lists are compliant and ready for use

Failure to do so may delay delivery timelines.


Delays & Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client-side delays or lack of communication
  • Third-party tool outages or restrictions
  • Platform policy changes
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or service credits.


Completion of Service

A service is considered delivered when:

  • Campaigns are created and scheduled/sent
  • Automations are configured and activated
  • Reports are shared
  • Consultations are conducted

Completion does not guarantee specific performance results.


No Refund Due to Delivery Delays

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, no refunds are provided for:

  • Perceived delays
  • Unsatisfactory performance outcomes
  • Client unresponsiveness

Unlimited revisions remain the sole remedy.


Changes to This Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Delivery Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
